Arrive a few minutes early. There is a play corner while you check in.

We examine your child, explain what we found and say when to come back.
What to bring

Your vision plan card and your medical insurance card.

Glasses or contact lenses your child uses now, with their case.
Something to hold
A toy or book for a small child.
